Pennsylvania DeMolay invites all members, advisors, and friends of the Masonic Youth groups to attend the 2009 Presidential Inauguration on Tuesday, January 20th, 2009 in Washington, D.C.

The Details:

Limited overnight accomodations for DeMolay participants at the Masonic Conference Center for Monday and/or Tuesday night on a first come first serve basis - so register early!

Breakfeast will be served at the Masonic Conference Center at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday with buses departing for Alexandria, Virginia at 6:45 a.m. Boxed lunches will be distributed at the George Washington National Masonic Memorial, after which participants will take the Metro system in center Washington, D.C. where groups will assemble at various places to view the parade or inauguration. The buses will return to the Masonic Conference Center by 10:00 p.m. .

Please ensure a 1:5 advisor ratio for this historic trip!

The cost:

$50 per person which covers the bus fee, lunch, and the metro pass. Checks made payable to Pennsylvania DeMolay.

Please complete the Registration Form, Parental Permission Form, and return them no later than January 5th, 2009 to Pennsylvania DeMolay.

The School Attendance Form is also available for use to aid in excusing youth group members from school. It is strongly encouraged that you use this form!
