If you're already registered for Key Man Conference, you'll be receiving more detailed registration materials by regular mail. In the mean time, learn all you can about DeMolay - that will be the best preparation for you!
But if you want to get a jump on things (or if you're registering last-minute and can't wait for the mail) here are some things you'll need to know for the Conference.

REGISTRATION on Sunday is from 1 to 3 PM in the main Lobby of Memorial Hall (once you're on campus, follow the signs). The opening session will be at 4 PM. Conferees are encouraged to arrive as early as possible in the registration period to settle in and enjoy the pool, gym, and other campus facilities. |

| Attending from outside PA? |
If you are traveling from out of state, you will need to make your transportation arrangements early to get the cheapest transportation costs. We can provide pick-up service at the Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) or the Harrisburg Bus Station. We cannot provide transportation from PHL or BWI airports, however, Amtrak trains run to Elizabethtown from Philadelphia, and the local SEPTA trains can provide a transfer from the PHL airport to the Amtrak station.
Don't forget that special rules apply for those registering from out of State, so make sure you have read the Registration page in full! |
