For over 25 years, PA DeMolay's Key Man Conference ("KMC") has been preparing top quality leaders for service in their home Chapters and Jurisdictions. We're proud to have trained literally thousands of new DeMolays, Chapter Officers, Jurisdictional Officers and Advisors from all over the U.S. and Canada. From a humble start as a "local" PA-only gig, we've come a long way! Key Man 2010 promises to be no exception!
The conference continues to evolve in order to meet the changing needs of our DeMolay Chapters. This keeps the Key Man Conference the best leadership conference in the DeMolay world! Who |
Preference is given to PA DeMolays and Advisors. Other Jurisdictions are welcome to participate, as space allows, with proper permission from their Executive Officer. |
Active DeMolays may be new members (less than 2 years) or must be Junior or Senior Councilor in their Chapter. Current Jurisdictional Officers may apply at the discretion of their Executive Officer. Acceptance is not automatic.

Because of the growth of the program, we anticipate very limited space for Advisors in 2010. Please be selective in who is invited to attend.

Advisors must have an Adult Worker Profile on file and executed in their jurisdiction. They do not have to be DAD trained or registered to serve on an Advisory Council. Recommendation of EO is needed. (NOTE: the Advisor program runs in two separate programs, one from Sunday to Wednesday and one from Wednesday to Saturday. Advisors may choose which half of the week they will attend.)

Registration Deadline is July 15, 2009. No registrations will be accepted after that date. Extensions for Jurisdictional Officers (where elections are held after the deadline) must be pre-arranged. Click here for registration details. |
