Be on the Ball...
If you're already
registered for Key Man Conference,
you'll be receiving more detailed registration materials by regular
mail. But if you want to get a jump on things (or if you're registering
last-minute and can't wait for the mail) here are some things
you'll need to know for the Conference.

REGISTRATION
on Sunday is from 1 to 3 PM in
the main Lobby of Memorial Hall (once you're on campus, follow the
signs). The opening session will be at 4 PM. Conferees are encouraged
to arrive as early as possible in the registration period to settle
in and enjoy the pool, gym, and other campus facilities.
WHAT
TO BRING LIST mailed to all Registrants

to bring

Casual clothes for a week.

Dress clothes (dress pants, shoes, shirt,
coat and tie) for Friday banquet and induction ceremonies.

DeMolay awards and regalia.
-
DeMolay Leaders Resource Guide, if you have
one.
-
DeMolay Ritual.
-
Athletic wear/shoes.
-
Swimsuit and Pool/Beach towel.
-
Athletic equipment (baseball mitt, etc.)
-
Toiletries and personal articles.
-
Sunscreen -High SPF!
-
A hat for outdoor (sun) wear.
-
A refillable water bottle is advised for outdoor
activities.

Medications you need to take in original properly
marked bottles. (You must turn in all medication, whether
prescription or over the counter, at registration.)

A small amount of spending money, for vending
machines and conference store (DeMolay and More Store)

Prepaid phone cards are a good idea. There are
a number of campus courtesy phones for your use, from which
you can make collect or calling card calls.

A signed Medical History and Release form
(If you haven't already sent this to us, you MUST bring it
with you. You will not be permitted to stay on campus without
this!)
What
NOT to bring
(Should go without saying
)

Any type of weapon, including firearms, knives
(Even pocket knifes - leave them at home), etc.

Any form of alcohol or illegal drugs.

Tobacco in any form. (There is no smoking
anywhere on our campus, regardless of whether you are of legal
age.)

Any type of fireworks or other explosives. (Most
are illegal in PA, all are forbidden on our campus.)

A large amount of spending money or other valuables
you'll have no need for it! (Your room will NOT be
locked during the week. You will be given the opportunity to
have money and valuables locked in a safe place during the week,
and you will be issued a receipt. If you choose to keep money
or other valuable items on your person or in your room, we will
not accept responsibility if they are lost or stolen.)

Please leave laptop computers, palm-pilots,
hand-held pc's, pagers, cell phones, large stereos, video games,
and other electronics at home. Aside from the risk of loss or
theft, you will not need them here. We keep a rather full schedule,
and there are plenty of recreational activities available on
campus. If you do bring a cell phone, mp3 player, or the like,
you will be required to turn it off or leave it in your room
during many program elements.
