Youth Director - Dan Bryan
Director - "Dad" Dave Berry

d
Dan Bryan has been a member of Elizabethtown Chapter for nearly seven years and holds the distinction of being the first Youth Director of Key Man who became a member of DeMolay becuase of the first year of Reality Key Man. He and several of his friends attended the 2001 prospect party, became a member that Friday night, and has been active with his Chapter ever since! Dan was an Honors Student at Middletown High School, is a Theatre Arts major at Harrisburg Area Community College and has been employed as a summer resident counselor at Camp Swatara.
"Dad" Berry is taking on his sixth year as Director of the Key Man Conference. His background in DeMolay, enthusiasm for youth work, and dedication to success make this year's Conference a sure-thing hit... He's a Senior DeMolay of Clearfield (PA) Chapter, PA DeMolay's Executive Secretary, and works full-time for the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation. This HODEGOS Award recipient approaches youth work as "A guide at the side not a sage on the stage." When you see him at meals, ask him for some hot sauce.

Assistant Youth Director -
Tom Moyer
Assistant Director -
"Dad" Greg Schaeffer

Tom Moyer, a 2005 and 2006 alumnus of the PA DeMolay Key Man Conference, returns for his second year as Key Man Assistant Youth Director. He’s a PMC and Representative DeMolay from Pilgrim Chapter, where he serves as Scribe. Tom is currently the State Treasurer for PA DeMolay. Tom begins his junior year at Central Dauphin High School East where he is a member of the National Junior Honor Society.  Tom works part time as a line cook at Moe’s South West Grille.
"Dad" Schaeffer holds the distinction of being the first Key Man Graduate to serve as Assistant Director, and does so for the fifth time this year. He's a Senior DeMolay of Elizabethtown (PA) Chapter, and New York DeMolay's Director of Ritual. He also holds the distinction of being a one-man brain trust, computer whiz extraordinaire, and all-around great guy. Unlike some "tech heads," he's also a great "people person" and lots of fun to be around.
