PA DeMolay will provide local PA Chapters with customized membership promotion brochures, free of charge. The brochures will be customized with your Chapter's name, contact information, activity details, and photos.

Upon request, we'll make up your brochure, and after you've approved it, send you 50 full-color glossy brochures. When you need more, just let us know, and we'll send another 50. Chapters are encouraged to get their information in now to request this important membership tool.

To order your brochures (Sorry, PA Chapters only!), send the following to "Dad" David W. Berry, Executive Secretary; 1244 Bainbridge Road; Elizabethtown, PA 17022.

1. 10-15 good quality, fun photos of your Chapter members and activities.

• We can accept digital or print photos (which we can return to you).
• Show a variety of activities.
• Include some close-ups and "happy faces."
• Candid photos are better than "line up and smile" pictures.
• Minimize formal and ritual pictures, focus on FUN!

  Don't have photos to send? Don't panic. We'll fill in some "generic" pictures for you, and you can send your own later if you choose.

2. Specific directions for any customized text you want (the red text on the sample brochure), and directions for specific placement of photos, if you have a preference.

3. Contact details for one or more people you'd like your prospective members to call for more information, and your Chapter's website address, if you have one.

4. How many brochures you need, and when you would like them (be sure to give us at least 2 weeks lead time to get them made and delivered to you).
