5 Honored in 2006 Eastern Legion Conferral

The DeMolay Legion of Honor was conferred upon five deserving individuals at the Scottish Rite Valley of Harrisburg on Sunday, October 22, 2006. The honor was conferred by "Dad" Rick S. Freedman, assisted by Legionnaires "Dads" Noble P. Johnson, Richard D. Snyder, Allen D. Moyer, Jess A. Leidig, III, Randy C. Knapp, Charles T. Graham, and Gary P. Wendt. Active DeMolay Preceptors were Justin Dunmire, Joe Pullin, Joseph J. Chubb, Jake Palo, Alex Swift, Jeff Bortz, and Jamie M. Segeren.

Michael A. Black
Brother Black is a Past Master Councilor of Highline Chapter (Washington) and is a Past Master of Vaux Lodge No. 406 F & AM. He currently works with Reading Chapter, is District 7 Chip Coordinator, and has a distinguished record of Masonic service.

 

John S. Gardner
Brother Gardner is a member of George Washington Lodge No. 143
F & AM and the Chapter Advisor of George Washington Chapter. He
helped revitalize George Washington Chapter. He is an Industrial
Engineer with Volvo.


  Michael K. Wertz, Sr.
Brother Wertz is a Past Master Councilor of Reading Chapter and a Past Master of Lodge No. 62 F & AM. He holds the degree of Chevalier and the Cross of Honor and has been an advisor of Reading Chapter for nearly 15 years.

Brother DeStefano is the Commander in Chief of the Scottish Rite Valley of Harrisburg and a Past Master of Lowther Manor Lodge No. 781 F & AM. He works with Pilgrim Chapter and is a supporter of the 32nd Degree Masonic Learning Center of Harrisburg.

 

Donald G. Zeamer
Brother Zeamer is a Past Master of Columbia Lodge No. 286 F & AM and a Past Advisory Council Treasurer of Riverside Chapter. He is a football coach and baseball umpire with the Columbia Athletic Association.
