On June 30, 2007 Freedom Chapter held its installation of Officers at Tacony Masonic Temple in Philadelphia. Omar Rafeh was installed as the 4th Master Councilor of Freedom Chapter. Brother Omar wanted his installation to be held in Philadelphia so that extended members of his family could attend. Thanks to the hospitality of Northeast Chapter and the Tacony Temple Association, Omar's wishes came true. Also in attendance were members of Crusade, Friendship-Bray, Northeast, and Westmoreland Chapters. The installing team consisted of then-SMC Justin Dunmire, DSMC Joseph Pullin, State Scribe Alex Swift, State Junior Deacon Samuel Riddell and Tyler Belke, PMC of Crusade Chapter.

Jonathan Antonishen and Bryant Dean of Westmoreland Chapter presented Freedom Chapter with its Chapter Banner. The generousity of this gift to Freedom Chapter really made a deep and heartfelt impression on the members of Freedom Chapter. This expression of fraternity, brotherhood, and support will long be remembered at Freedom Chapter. Our thanks to the Officers, members, and Advisory Council of Westmoreland Chapter.

Several awards were handed out to members who completed the Leadership Correspondance Courses, and Steven and Kristopher Walkling of Freedom Chapter each received their Past Master Councilor's Mertitorious Service Award sponsored by the Tall Cedars of Lebonon. Kris Walkling then performed the Ceremony of Lights for Omar's family and other guests before closing for photos and refreshments.
