In November, David Roberts, a members of Erie Chapter, made a bold gesture. He wanted to raise money for the 32nd Degree Masonic Learning Center in Erie, PA. What's so bold about that you say? David decided to use his head. Really! He used his head!
At a large function at the Masonic Learning Center David surrendered his moderately long, curly locks in an effort to raise money for the charity. He charged one dollar for a snip with the scissors or two dollars to use the electric shears.
By the end of the night he managed to raise over $50, and the hair that was previously on top of his head was mostly on the floor. It was a lot of fun and helped a great cause. David might just have to wear a hat for awhile.
