In observance of DeMolay Month, Erie Chapter met at the Masonic Temple on March 5, 2008 to honor 20 former DeMolays with membership in the organization ranging from 10 – 75 years.  Kneeling are: Senior Councilor James Palo, Master Councilor Steve Sowers, and Junior Councilor Ronnie Cox. These three young men presented pins and certificates from the Chapter to each Senior DeMolay in attendance.  "Dad" Richard Fitzsimmons, District Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, gave a congratulatory speech to past and present DeMolays and their families encouraging all in attendance to promote membership in this fraternal organization.  A reception was held following the presentation. This was a first time observance for Erie Chapter and was so well received that it will now be an annual event.    GOOD  JOB  GUYS!
