the first time a DeMolay sponsors a new member into the
Order.

The
Founder's Membership Award is given for recruiting five
new members into the Order.

Honor Key |
 |
The
Blue Honor Key is awarded for ten new members recruited
into DeMolay, and may be worn with justifiable pride. For
each additional ten members recruited, a star is added to
the key.
