| What happened to the Magic Number? |
Long time veterans of PA DeMolay may notice that the memberships goals are higher for 2013 than in previous years. This is because PA DeMolay is trying a new approach to recruitment and retention. Rather than just concentrating on a "Magic Number" (which would provide growth to the Jurisdiction as a whole) the new system encourages Chapters to reach their Yearly Goal which will provide growth for the individual Chapter. If the Chapters grow, then PA DeMolay grows - it's a win all around!
So, rather than counting down to our goal, this site will now count up as new members are inducted. Celebrate your new members and make them feel a part of your Chapter. That is one of the easiest ways to grow DeMolay in Pennsylvania.
